Hello Redhawks! We are excited to announce this year’s yearbook cover contest! The rules are attached below and EVERY student is eligible to participate! The theme this year is “Year of Smiles” and students should create pictures related to school and/or being a Redhawk; BE CREATIVE!!!! Please reach out with any questions and please have your students follow the rules so their submissions can be considered – submissions due by JANUARY 31ST! We can’t wait to see what they come up with!

We are excited to host Bingo for Books at Neely on Thursday, June 1st at 5:30 pm! It has been a few years since our last Bingo event and we can’t wait to bring it back to our Neely students! Every student winner will receive a book, so come and have some fun and start building your summer reading list!
Field Day is coming up on Thursday, June 15th!
Neely is excited to announce that we will be having a Field Day on Thursday, June 15th! Field Day is a student favorite and involves fun outdoor games and activities that all our students participate in! It is a fun way for our students and teachers to celebrate the end of a great year of learning!
To make sure this is a successful event; we need parent volunteers to help set up in the morning and to coordinate events during the day.
If you are interested in volunteering, please follow the below steps:
1. Register to be a volunteer: All volunteers must be registered with the Kent School District, through an online process known as VIPS. If you have not already registered as a VIPS volunteer this year, you must do so immediately at this link: VIPS Volunteer. Click on the ‘Apply or Renew’ button in the middle of the screen and follow the instructions to register.
2. Register for a time slot: Once you are a registered volunteer, please sign up for a Field Day time slot using the following link: Field Day Volunteer.
You can sign up for more than one time slot! You can also email the PTA to sign up at nobptatreasurer@gmail.com.
Please note that the only way for parents to attend Field Day is to volunteer that day! Outside spectators are not allowed unless they are registered volunteers.
