Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year at Neely- O’Brien Elementary School! We have many wonderful programs planned for the students as we continue to sponsor educational, cultural, and social events.  PTA-sponsored events include multiple Cultural Arts programs and assemblies, as well as author visits.

All new and returning families are invited to join the NOB PTA. Annual dues are only $15 per member or $26 per Family; Regardless of the number of children in your family attending NOB (up to 2 adults).

Staff/Teacher Memberships are also available for $12

Membership forms were sent home at the start of the school year or can be printed below,  please return them with a check or cash marked for PTA. If you would prefer, you can join online using the Online Membership Form button below.

All parents, regardless of membership status, are invited to attend our monthly PTA meetings. All persons holding volunteer positions MUST be paid members. To vote at a meeting you must be a member. However, membership does NOT require attendance at our meetings.

Let’s work together so we can continue to enrich our children’s education and help them enjoy their time at NOB. We strive for 100% membership and are grateful for your support.
