The PTA plays a critical role in the experiences provided to the children that attend Neely O’Brien as well as our parents.  We appreciate any time that our parent / teacher community can offer in order to enhance all the wonderful fun activities we plan as well as the important information that we deliver. 

Please Note: You’re presence to every meeting and/or event is not required (although we truly enjoy seeing you all). BY JOINING THE PTA  ($26 Per Household/$15 Individual) You are helping and Supporting us in providing amazing events to our children!

Please attend our first NOB PTA Meeting for the  school year scheduled this week on Tuesday, October 26 at 7:00pm.  The meeting will be held via zoom.  We would love for everyone to join us so we can discuss upcoming events and additional ideas to get students, parents, and teachers engaged.

Outstanding Educator Award!

The NOBPTA is happy to announce that at our last Board of Directors meeting,we awarded Ross Sanders with the Outstanding Educator Award! Ross is an amazing P.E. teacher who has gone above and beyond this year. At the beginning of the year Ross joined the PTA helping out with Fundraising and later became Co-Spirit Wear chair and Teacher Representative chair.

Ross Sanders, we appreciate all the work you have put into connecting the NOBPTA with the Neely O’Brien staff as well as all of your helpful ideas.

Thank you for all you have done and continue to do for the NOBPTA and the students and community of Neely O’Brien Elementary!

This is a reminder that nominations are still open for the 2021/2022 Neely O’brien PTA member board.  If you are interested in nominating yourself or someone else, please respond to this email.  We are extending the response time to May 27th by 4 pm.    
Additionally, in order to be considered for nomination, it does require membership, so if you know someone who is interested and not a member, please let us know as we would be happy to discuss membership options with the potential nominee.
